Qi Gong

Movement in stillnes, stillness in movement

In Qi Gong we use our minds, imagination and breath as well as simple, slow, repetitive movements to cultivate a feeling of soft inner strength, balance and flow. We encourage a re-location of attention from everyday thinking to a deep presence in the centre of the body. In the Qi Gong state we are relaxed and yet alert. Qi Gong is practical, enjoyable and meditative.
